Term & Condition

1. Admission of children under aged 3 is FREE of charge.
2. Tickets sold are not refundable or transferable.
3. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
5. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
6. The management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the visit without prior notice.
7. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor(s).
8. Visitors shall at all times adhere to:
   
   • The signs and notices displayed in, on and/or around the premises;
   • The rules and regulations of Zoo Negara Malaysia; and
   • The instructions of the officers in Zoo Negara Malaysia.
9. The management may remove any visitor who is behaving indecent, unruly, disruptive or dangerous to others.
10. The tickets are valid for 30 days from the selected visit date.

* ONLINE PURCHASE MUST BE MADE AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE VISIT DATE.

(Example: Tickets purchased on Sept 10 will be valid from Sept 11 for 30 days.)
